Hank monitors publicly available local posts for people who may be looking for your service and notifies you by text message, along with a suggested reply. Hank is an informational tool — we do not guarantee any particular number of leads, that any lead will result in work, or that every alert is accurate. You are responsible for how you contact and do business with any potential customer.

By providing your phone number you agree to receive recurring automated texts from Hank. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help.

Paid plans are billed at $49 per month through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future charges and ends alerts at the close of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

You agree to use Hank lawfully and not to use the suggested replies or lead information for spam, harassment, or any deceptive or unlawful purpose. You are responsible for complying with all laws that apply to how you contact prospective customers.

Hank is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost business or profits arising from your use of the service.
