To find leads, we read publicly available posts from sources such as Reddit and public Facebook groups. We do not access private accounts or private messages.

We use your information to operate the service: to identify relevant local opportunities, to send you alerts and a suggested reply by text, and to manage your account and billing. We use third-party services — including OpenAI (to classify posts), Twilio (to send and receive text messages), and Stripe (to process payments) — strictly to provide these features.

By providing your phone number and signing up, you consent to receive recurring automated text messages from Hank related to onboarding, lead alerts, and your account. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe, or HELP for help. We do not sell your phone number, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. Mobile information is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

We share data only with the service providers listed above, only as needed to run Hank, and only under their respective privacy and security terms. We may disclose information if required by law.

We keep your information for as long as your account is active. You can ask us to delete your account and associated data at any time by replying to a Hank text or contacting us at the email below.
